Multiple Personality Disorders

Psychotherapy, medicine, and other treatments are often used in the treatment of DID. The goal of treatment is to reduce the symptoms of dissociation, many of which serve a practical purpose, and to bring about a sense of unity and control over the patient’s thoughts and actions.
